Refs #2.

Summary:

  • Promotes the Pixi renderer to /game and keeps DOM at /game/dom.
  • Adds viewport/chunk/LOD plumbing and Pixi map rendering tests.
  • Preserves Info resource markers and shared building depth sorting in the Pixi path.

Verification:

  • Pre-push bun run test: 2103 passed, 1 skipped.
  • Pre-commit typecheck/lint/gitleaks passed.

Review notes:

  • Code-review findings for building z-order and Info mode were addressed.
  • Still needs human visual/mobile parity review before merge.
  • This branch overlaps conceptually with #1 tile visual helper extraction and may need merge-order reconciliation.

Closed after the Rust/Bevy cutover: this PR targets the archived TypeScript web implementation and cannot be applied to the current codebase. Any still-relevant product requirement will be tracked separately against the Rust implementation.
