Refs #3.

Summary:

  • Adds bridge placement, construction, pathing, and leader commissioning.
  • Keeps bridge rows out of village progression counts.
  • Reserves refined for bridge builds before tithing and carries bridge orientation to renderers.

Verification:

  • Pre-push bun run test: 2112 passed, 1 skipped.
  • Pre-commit typecheck/lint/gitleaks passed.

Review notes:

  • Code-review findings for village counts, refined reservation, and orientation were addressed.
  • Browser river-split visual capture remains a manual follow-up.

Closed after the Rust/Bevy cutover: this PR targets the archived TypeScript web implementation and cannot be applied to the current codebase. Any still-relevant product requirement will be tracked separately against the Rust implementation.
